Ordering Online
Submit your order securely to us via this website. Visit us again after you have placed your order to easily track your shipment and view order history. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store − for an additional $5.00 charge.
Payment for online orders can be made by credit card. If you are a sponsored student, or need to pay by another method, please order your materials by phone. Bookstores and the Bookstore Call Centre will no longer accept cheques. Money orders are a viable alternative to cheques particularly for those ordering through the Bookstore Call Centre.

You have 3 shipping options when you order online or by phone:
- ExpressPost - takes 2 to 3 days to arrive after the shipping date, within Saskatchewan.
- STC bus - if you live outside of Saskatchewan's major cities this may be the quickest option. You will be responsible for paying the STC freight charge directly to STC.
- In-store pickup - you may make arrangements to pickup your order at our store.
If we have the materials you have ordered on-hand, you should receive your order within 7 - 8 working days. Generally, we have all materials on-hand for a course at least two weeks before the class start date. Information on availability of materials is displayed when you select the textbooks and course manuals for your classes.

On-Campus Student
Textbooks/Course Manuals/Supplies
Materials are returnable if:- accompanied by original receipt
- returned within 14 days of date of purchase
- material is in saleable condition as determined by the Bookstore
- shrink-wrap or other packaging is intact.
- not deemed as a non-returnable item.
Software Return
Defective software will be exchanged for the same item when accompanied by receipt. Otherwise, software is non-returnable.
Adobe Software Return
For non-returnable Adobe software, purchaser must contact Adobe directly for returns.
Off-Campus (Distance Education) Student
Same policy as "On-Campus Student" except returns are allowed if materials are shipped back to the Bookstore within 14 days from the start date of the course. Shipping charges for items returned to the Bookstore are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is as a result of an error made by the Bookstore.
Return Policy Instructions
Include the packing slip and/or receipt with your return. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or in an appropriate cardboard box. Ship your return to the following address:
